Our Christmas holiday is now here. Please take note that our store will be closed from December 25th till January 6, 2025.
Opening again during regular hours on January 7, 2025. We will be back at the market on Wednesday, January 8, 2025.

All meat products come from the cows on our own farm. Since this meat comes from the dairy cows ( versus beef cows) the meat product will be more lean. Use our ground beef in your favorite meatball recipe, for tacos, lasagna, casseroles, or any other recipe that calls for ground beef.
